The measurement from centre of the first fixing poing to second fixing point is 102mm which is equivalent to 4 inches. This is also called 102mm Hole Centre or 102mm Centre to Centre. The 102mm hole centre can be used to replace the old 4 inch hole centre handles which is an old imperial standard measurement roughly equivalent to the 102mm hole centre.
